Energy Web Token (EWT) is now available on the Hydration DEX
A roundup of the latest developments from the Polkadot ecosystem to help you stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
1. EWT is now available on Hydration
Energy Web Token (EWT) has become available on the Hydration DEX, enabling efficient exchanges and liquidity provision. Users can now trade roughly 220 pairs and deposit liquidity in the DOT/EWT pool. This is a big step forward for Energy Web and sustainable energy markets.
2. JamboPhone 2 already comes with Silencio
Silencio (the first peaq-based DePIN application) is pre-installed on the JamboPhone 2. The JamboPhone provides a decentralized infrastructure that allows users to earn SLC tokens with the Silencio app and local noise pollution measurement. The peaq appStore will also soon be available for the phone.
3. Peaq introduces UMT
Universal Machine Time (UMT) has arrived – the first on-chain precision clock that allows machines, robots and DePINs to work in perfect synchrony, similar to how UTC does for humans. In the future, we can say goodbye to time zones and start a new era in the world of machines.

70 % of the Knowledge Assets on the NeuroWeb network are built on Polkadot
The NeuroWeb network supports applications based on verifiable artificial intelligence. And based on the data so far, it can be seen that almost 70% of all Knowledge Assets are made on Polkadot, far ahead of the Gnosis (22%) and Base (8%) chains. Polkadot's scalability and reliability ensure continuous and cheap access, and this clearly gives it a competitive advantage over other chains.
5. Copper and Velocity Labs Collaborate
Copper and Velocity Labs are jointly developing Polkadot's custody, staking and governance services. Users can get DOT, USDC, USDT, and various parachain tokens through Copper's technology, while XCM integration allows for effortless cross-chain transactions across Polkadot chains.
6. Nym launched NymVPN
NymVPN has been launched, and the nodes supported by Acuranst provide residential IP addresses for a censorship-resistant internet. With TEE-based encryption, both users and node operators are protected from unauthorized access.
